- Time Frame: You have 14 days from the day your stationery arrives to decide if you want to keep it.
- Conditions: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
2. How to Initiate a Return:
- Reach Out: Drop us an email at sales@thewriterz.com to let us know you want to return something.
- Details: Include your order number and the reason for the return. We love feedback!
- Wait for Instructions: We’ll get back to you with instructions on where to send your return.
3. Refunds:
- Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to notify you. We’ll also let you know if your refund is approved.
- Payment Method: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
